Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-presented for arrivals and stays. This hands-on role rewards reliability, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done.

Pay: $20.74 per hour. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for career growth through the Management Development Program and team discounts. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a TEAM.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for arriving and staying guests
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and other room essentials
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors, rugs, and entry areas
• Restock guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts, linen areas, and supplies
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety issues, and lost-and-found items
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
• Work closely with the Housekeeping TEAM to ensure rooms are completed efficiently and on schedule

About the Role

As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating the experience our guests remember. You’ll ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

This is an active, hands-on position that’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and appreciates seeing the results of their efforts every day.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a TEAM
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong in communication and teamwork
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
