DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - North Shore Conference Center is seeking dependable Housekeepers/Room Attendants to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction from the moment guests enter their rooms.

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional with a passion for cleanliness and guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, countertops, and other surfaces.
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized housekeeping carts and work areas.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues.
• Report lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping TEAM and other hotel departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable, dependable, andself-motivated withstrong attention todetail
• Friendly and professionalwith a passionfor cleanliness andguest service
• Ability to workindependently and aspartof aTEAM
• Must be availableto work aflexible schedule, includingweekends, evenings, andholidays
• Able to liftand carry upto50 lbs.
• Able to standand walk forextended periods
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and liftas required, withor without reasonableaccommodation
• Strong English communicationskills and abilityto read andfollow workplace instructions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
