Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a detail-oriented Houseperson / Linen Runner to support our housekeeping team and ensure guest floors, linen closets, and public areas are clean, organized, and well stocked. This role offers advancement through our Management Development Program and opportunities to grow within a prospering establishment.

You will deliver towels and items to rooms, restock supplies, and respond to guest needs with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or housekeeping experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen, towels, cribs, cots, and guest-requested items to guest rooms.
• Collect and transport soiled linen and trash from guest floors and service areas.
• Restock linen closets, housekeeping carts, and floor pantries.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping areas.
• Clean and maintain guest floors, hallways, public areas, and restrooms.
• Assist Room Attendants with daily housekeeping needs as requested.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost & found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a TEAM
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
