Job summary

Sunridge Hotels is seeking a Houseperson/Houseman to support housekeeping operations in the Phoenix area. You will assist room attendants, stock linen closets, and respond to guest requests such as cribs and extra towels.

The role involves helping with bed making and room cleaning as needed, plus unloading deliveries and maintaining outdoor areas. Weekend shifts are required, and you’ll be part of a team dedicated to guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of performing housekeeping support tasks and responding to guest requests.
• Experience in hospitality cleaning is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeepers with removing linen and trash from checkout rooms.
• Stock linen closets and keep them debris-free and hazard-free.
• Respond to guests' requests for items like cribs and extra towels.
• Help keep outside grounds and parking areas clean.
• Help housekeepers make beds or clean rooms if needed.
• Unload shipments from delivery trucks.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Weekend work is required.

The Houseperson/Houseman does the following duties:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists housekeepers with removing linen and trash from all check out rooms
• Stocks linen storage closets and keeps them free of debris and anything that may be a trip or fire hazard
• Responds to guests special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs. extra towels, etc
• Helps keep outside grounds and parking lot areas free of trash and debris.
• Helps the housekeepers make beds or clean rooms if necessary
• Unloading shipments from delivery truck
• All other duties as assigned
