Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain designated hotel areas, including restrooms, public spaces, offices, and conference rooms
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, and trash removal
• Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stock and organize supply rooms
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Support guest room cleaning and delivery of guest requests
