A Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Lobby Attendant, your responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. Specific tasks include:

  • Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
  • Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts, cleaning/waxing floors, disposing of trash, insects, debris, and emptying ashtrays.
  • Greeting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed, such as mattress flipping or furniture moves.
  • Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when required.
