Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain designated hotel areas including restrooms, public spaces, offices, and event rooms
• Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window cleaning, floor waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stock and organize supply rooms
• Conduct deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assist with guest room cleaning and deliver guest requests
