Job summary

Green Lake Conference Center seeks a Houseman/Route Team Member to oversee housing-related services, including deliveries and inventory for guest accommodations. You will coordinate linen and supplies, work with Lodging & Facilities to meet laundry, custodial, and housekeeping needs, and help maintain a welcoming guest environment.

The role requires physical work, a valid driver's license, and teamwork, with part-time and full-time options; starting pay is $15 per hour, with potential increases

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and detail.
• Prior experience in housing services, logistics, or inventory management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Route Coordination: plan, schedule, and organize delivery/collection of lodging supplies.
• Inventory Management: monitor lodging inventory and replenish as needed.
• Equipment and Supply Coordination: handle, deliver, and collect equipment for lodging services.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety procedures during deliveries.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory status.
• Secondary Duties: assist with laundry, custodial, and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Work Area Organization: keep areas clean and organized for efficient workflow.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff to complete tasks.
• Other Duties: perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
