Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to maintain clean guest rooms, dorms, and public areas. The role emphasizes organization, safety, and delivering a welcoming guest experience in a hospitality setting.

Starting at $15.00 per hour with potential increases based on skills and experience. Schedule is part-time or full-time with varied shifts; benefits available for full-time.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, bending, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred but not required.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Room and Facility Cleaning: clean guest lodging, public areas, and facilities to GLCC standards.
• Inventory Management: replenish cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and toiletries.
• Team Collaboration: work with housekeeping and LFS team for timely task completion.
• Guest Service Support: respond to guest requests for services, supplies, or accommodations.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment.
