Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) is seeking an efficient, safety-oriented Houseman\/Route Team Member to oversee and coordinate housing-related services and deliveries to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of guest accommodations. This role is essential in maintaining housing inventories, coordinating the pick-up and delivery of linens and other necessary items, and working closely with Lodging & Facilities team members to meet the needs of laundry, custodial, housekeeping, and guest services. The Houseman\/Route Team Member will play a vital role in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for GLCC guests.
Starting at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased compensation based on relevant skills, experience, and demonstrated abilities.
Part-time without benefits, or full-time with benefits.
Standard work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Sunday–Saturday. Actual schedule will be determined based on organizational needs.
New employees may be hired into an introductory employment period of up to 90 days. During this period, the employee's performance, attendance, reliability, job fit, and ability to meet the expectations of the position will be evaluated. Employees will be classified and compensated based on the position and hours actually worked. Eligibility for benefits will be determined according to the applicable benefit plan documents and GLCC's benefit eligibility requirements.
