Job summary

Home2 Suites is seeking a dependable Houseman in Wilmington Medical District to help keep public areas clean and guest-friendly. You’ll support the housekeeping team, restock supplies, and assist guests with requests in a professional, welcoming manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to take on various tasks, including light maintenance and safety reporting. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required, and on-site collaboration ensures guest

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry supplies or equipment as needed.
• Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
