Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway is seeking a dependable Houseman to keep public areas clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. You’ll support the housekeeping team and assist guests with requests in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry supplies or equipment as needed.
• Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support the housekeeping team with restocking, moving items, and special projects
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
