Home2 Suites Wilmington Medical District is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and common areas. You will sanitize spaces to hotel standards, change linens, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role emphasizes teamwork with housekeeping and other hotel departments, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
• Make beds, replace linens, dust, vacuum, and restock room supplies
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments
