LaQuinta Inn & Suites - McDonough is seeking a Houseman to help keep guest areas spotless and welcoming. You will support both guests and the housekeeping team, ensuring public areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and customer service, with opportunities for growth and a positive work environment within a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry supplies or equipment as needed.
• Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous hotel or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Keep common areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the housekeeping team with restocking, moving items, and special projects.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
