Job summary

Grace Adventures is seeking a friendly campground store associate to serve guests and uphold a standard of excellence in the store. You will work with the Retail Supervisor to maintain inventory, restock daily, and create an inviting shopping environment.

The role requires a personal Christian faith, ability to interact well with guests, reliability in a team setting, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Good health and stamina are essential for long shifts and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Retail Supervisor to create a positive working atmosphere in the Retail shop.
• Maintain Inventory and report items that need to be reordered.
• Restock and reset store daily after each evening closing.
• Assist with display items on walls and/or counters in an attractive way.
• Monitor stock in the ice machines and monitor patio cleanliness.
• Maintain the store in a clean and neat condition; stay in a ready state.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Retail Supervisor to create a positive working atmosphere in the Retail shop
• Maintain Inventory and report to Retail Supervisor items that need to be reordered
• Restock and reset store daily after each evening closing
• Assist with display items on walls and/or counters in an attractive way
• Monitor stock in the ice machines and monitor patio cleanliness
• Maintain the store in a clean and neat condition; always be in a ready state
• Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
• Able to handle money and make change correctly
• Obey all policies and rules
• All other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

REPORTS TO: Retail Supervisor
