Highgate is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Homestead location in Florida City. You will administer housekeeping functions, coordinate daily assignments, and support the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.

The role requires standing for long periods and strong communication with staff and guests. The position includes supervising Room Attendants, maintaining records, and ensuring guest satisfaction while coordinating with Front Office and Engineering for

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of progressive hotel/related field experience preferred.
Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
Ability to stand for entire shift and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

Inspect Room Attendant performance daily to ensure standards and productivity.
Oversee VIP room inspections in absence of manager and report to Front Office.
Oversee closing of floors, restocking carts, and maintaining records of daily assignments.
Maintain key control and manage Lost and Found according to standards.
Ensure guest rooms and housekeeping areas are clean and orderly throughout shifts.
