Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Homestead Florida City. You will maintain clean, attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to every guest, following brand standards and safety guidelines.

This full-time on-site role includes stocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting a smooth guest experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global hospitality

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and tidy.
Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day.
Replenish chemical bottles.
Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisors.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
