Qualifications

• Six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English to complete forms.
• Ability to direct and guide subordinates and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interview and inspect VIP rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance.
• Train and monitor housekeeping staff; provide instruction and guidance to ensure shift completion.
• Keep carts and linen closets clean, stocked, and organized per guidelines.
• Report maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors.
• Handle special guest requests and timely response to requests.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and all incidents are reported.
