Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee housekeeping staff, ensure high cleaning standards, and maintain efficiency across the resort units. The role emphasizes training, safety, and timely turnover to meet client expectations.

You will supervise cleaning teams, inspect rooms, and utilize MasterCorp’s 7-step cleaning process, while responding to maintenance issues and guest concerns with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Assist in training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Inspect and prepare clean units and report them as vacant and ready.
• Inspect units and complete required report cards per week.
• Assist in inventory and linen supplies and ensure storage closets are clean and organized.
• Support in resolving guest complaints promptly and cultivate positive customer relations.
