MasterCorp is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee housekeeping teams and ensure timely, thorough cleaning of units. You will supervise staff, train new recruits, and uphold MasterCorp’s service standards in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Travel Requirements: Resort Operations rare/frequent travel.
• Physical Requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• Perform MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during peak times.
• Train staff and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues and inspect units for cleanliness.
• Inspect units, report vacancies, and complete report cards weekly.
• Maintain inventory or linen supplies and storage closets.
• Assist guests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety at each site and office.
