Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning teams and ensure units are cleaned efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and a focus on guest satisfaction in a hospitality setting.

You will assign duties, train staff, inspect units for stains, and ensure timely turnover while maintaining safety and inventory controls. A strong work ethic and a passion for cleanliness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Passion for cleanliness.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.
• Ability to train others.
• Willing to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Inspect and prepare clean units and report them as vacant and ready.
• Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary.
• Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Cultivate and develop strong, positive customer relations.
• Assist in linen inventories as directed.
