Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel and ensure units are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, assign duties, and coordinate peak-period room prep to support timely turnovers across multiple properties. The role emphasizes maintaining safety, addressing guest concerns promptly, and upholding MasterCorp’s 7-step cleaning process while striving for exceptional service and operational

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Travel requirements: Resort Operations—rare travel (~5% quarterly); Task Force: travel as needed by business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prep rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• May use MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Assist in staff training and onboarding.
• Report unit maintenance issues per company procedures.
• Inspect units for cleanliness and readiness; report vacancies.
• Manage kitchen inventory and linen as needed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Cultivate positive customer relations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety at each site and orderly work environment.
