Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning teams and ensure units are cleaned efficiently and to standard in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

You will lead staff, assign duties, and monitor performance while upholding the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities include training, reporting maintenance issues, inspecting units, and ensuring safety and timely turnover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy/peak periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy/peak periods.
• Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Inspect units and complete the required amount of report cards per week.
