Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in North Scottsdale seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the department, ensuring world-class cleanliness and aesthetics across Clubhouses, offices, maintenance buildings, and other facilities.

You will supervise staff, inspect areas, manage safety, and resolve member concerns with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a club, hotel, or resort is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the Housekeeping Department under the Director of Housekeeping.
• Supervise, instruct, plan, and assign work to the housekeeping staff.
• Inspect vacated rooms, corridors, restaurants, lobbies, and lavatories.
• Manage and resolve member and employee complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee event setup and execution.
• Maintain maintenance records for machines and equipment.
• Communicate with members, management, and hospitality staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure PPE usage when handling chemicals.
• Report incidents to Workers' Compensation within 24 hours.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all of Desert Mountain's facilities and areas in a world-class fashion in cleanliness and aesthetics under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping and in accordance with Desert Mountain Club operations. Oversee the cleaning of all Clubhouses, offices, maintenance buildings, golf course restrooms, Sales Centers, and development properties held by Desert Mountain Properties.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a leader or in a supervisory role is required. Prior housekeeping experience in a club, hotel, or resort is a plus.

• Initiate the reporting of incidents or accidents to the Workers' Compensation carrier within 24 hours.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
