Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping efforts across all club facilities, ensuring world-class cleanliness and aesthetics under the Director of Housekeeping.
You will oversee staff, inspect spaces, manage guest and member interactions, and coordinate event setups while maintaining safety standards and PPE usage. This role requires a minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and experience in clubs, hotels, or resorts is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all of Desert Mountain’s facilities and areas in a world-class fashion in cleanliness and aesthetics under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping and in accordance with Desert Mountain Club operations. Oversee the cleaning of all Clubhouses, offices, maintenance buildings, golf course restrooms, Sales Centers, and development properties held by Desert Mountain Properties.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. A minimum of 2 years of experienceas a leader or in a supervisory role is required. Prior housekeeping experience in a club, hotel, or resort is a plus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no traffic violations within the last three years.
