Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Locker Room Attendant to provide warm, member-focused service in a pristine facility. You will help maintain restrooms and lockers, assist with beverage service and events, and support inventory and guest needs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and a passion for golf and hospitality. Desirable candidates have country club or hotel experience and are at least 18 years old. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service with a warm welcome and fond farewell to each member and guest with a smile and name recognition.
• Maintain Club facilities, including restrooms, wash area, showers, clear day lockers and performing general cleaning duties as needed.
• Print updated tee sheets from the golf shop to display in locker room area.
• Assist members and guests with posting golf scores.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of all amenities. Make viable suggestions concerning new products, especially those suggested by members.
• Re-spike, clean and polish shoes.
• Perform set up and tear down of continental breakfast.
• Promote monthly rental of member lockers and assist guests with day lockers.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Locker Room Operations, to include upkeep and maintenance of the locker room and surrounding area, food and beverage service, and special events. You will report directly to the Clubhouse Manager, Assistant Clubhouse Manager, and Restaurant Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, passion for golf and hospitality, and driven to deliver excellence. Prior country club experience is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
