Overview

Ensure cleanliness of the hotel and guest rooms, provide team leadership, conduct inspections, update policies, and support guest satisfaction and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
2. Handle hiring, training, evaluations, problem-solving, and disciplinary actions.
3. Oversee cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
4. Assign tasks to staff to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage supplies and inventory control.
6. Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
7. Maintain Lost and Found records and respond to inquiries.
8. Implement emergency procedures for safety.
9. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Preferred housekeeping experience.
2. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodation.
3. Ability to move throughout the building, bend, and reach as needed.
4. Effective communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Compensation and Benefits
