Job Overview

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain hotel standards. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading, training, and supervising staff on designated floors or areas.
2. Assessing inventory, assigning cleaning tasks, and inspecting rooms.
3. Verifying room status and reporting discrepancies.
4. Monitoring payroll, work schedules, and inventory management.
5. Coordinating with Maintenance for repairs and upkeep.
6. Performing duties of Room Attendants or Housepersons as needed.
7. Participating in performance evaluations.
8. Responding promptly to guest requests.
