Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Boone NC is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor & Rooms Inspector. Lead a team to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, with hands-on involvement when needed. You will inspect rooms, coach staff, manage inventory, and schedule weekly shifts.

This management-in-training role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and requires availability Fri-Sun, with 40–50 hours weekly and potential holiday work. $16.00-$18.00/hour plus gratuity/bonus.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience in a frontline service role is required.
• Must be able to operate a two-way radio and use basic computer systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and report issues.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules based on occupancy.
