Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers) in Boone, NC. You will clean guest rooms, stock supplies, and report maintenance issues to ensure a welcoming stay for guests.

The role requires physical stamina and reliability, with weekend availability preferred. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Concord-managed hotels. Pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
