Bring 6 months of housekeeping experience and proven supervisory skills. You will train staff, inspect work, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences all year round.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
