Job summary

Holiday-Inn seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, comfortable and inviting. You will supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, train staff, and coordinate with Engineering to maintain public areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms (25–80 per day), managing inventory, reporting discrepancies, and performing duties when needed. A detail-oriented leader with teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams or supervising room attendants preferred.
• Ability to inspect and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with other hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms and assess inventory; report status and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance needs.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties as needed.
• Able to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day and move housekeeping equipment.
