• Experienced, organized, hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Strong leadership; willingness to work alongside the team to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Schedule staff based on occupancy and business needs.
• Assign daily room boards and responsibilities to attendants and laundry staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Ensure timely cleaning and release of guest rooms.
• Monitor productivity, labor hours, and staffing levels.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff; assist with onboarding.
• Communicate with Front Desk on room status and special requests.
• Manage supplies, linens, and cleaning products; control inventory.
• Maintain safety and chemical-handling procedures; enforce policies.
