Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a diligent team, oversee daily housekeeping operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. You will ensure flawless rooms and guest comfort with energy and organization.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 2–3 years in hotel settings, and prior supervisory experience. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the Santa Clara

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a hotel or related field
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and training.
• Manage safety and security tasks, including lost‑and‑found, key control, and access to sensitive areas.
• Set high cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment to ensure guest satisfaction.
