Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
• 2–3 years of hotel or related field experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and mentor Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Manage safety & security tasks like lost-and-found, key control, and access to sensitive areas.
• Set and maintain high cleanliness standards across all facilities and equipment.
