Job summary

The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is hiring an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead a busy team and drive guest room readiness. You will supervise attendants, inspect spaces, coach staff, and manage schedules while acting as the senior leader during Manager on Duty shifts.

Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish considered an advantage in serving a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and attend to guest room inspections.
• Schedule labor, train associates, and manage performance feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts and coordinate with Front Desk.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies across all areas.
