The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead a busy team and uphold the property’s high standards. You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, and ensure guest rooms meet brand expectations while coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

This role requires a flexible schedule, weekend availability, and strong leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related hospitality environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule with varying days and shifts; weekend availability required.
• 2- or 4-year degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to function in a Manager on Duty capacity as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Train and develop associates; manage scheduling and assignments.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead the property during those shifts.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest readiness.
• Support safety policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
