Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Homekeeping Supervisor to manage the community housekeeping program, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and guests. You will develop staff schedules, communicate changes to residents and families, conduct daily inspections, and coordinate cleaning for move-in and rent-ready units.

The role requires 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, a high school diploma or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, addressing deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
