Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor in the St. Louis area to lead housekeeping operations for our community. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Salary: $18.00–$20.60 per hour. You will organize team schedules, perform daily inspections, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and guests. The role requires at least 3 years in housekeeping and 1 year in a supervisory role, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community
• Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Salary: $18.00-20.60 per hour.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
