Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Rockville, MD. The role oversees housekeeping staff, ensures standards, and maintains daily assignments while coordinating with Front Office and Engineering. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and multitask in a housekeeping environment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred in a hotel setting.
• Experience coordinating with Front Office and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendants' performance daily to ensure standards.
• Oversee VIP room coverage in the absence of Managers and report to Front Office.
• Manage end-of-day floor close and restock carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and key control.
• Direct staff on duties and ensure proper use of pagers/radios.
• Coordinate repairs/work orders with Engineering and follow through.
