Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor at the Lexington Embassy Suites to oversee daily room cleaning and team scheduling. You will coach staff, coordinate with front desk and other departments, and ensure rooms are guest-ready with high quality.

Responsibilities include inspecting spaces, guiding staff to maintain standards, and managing schedules, supply forecasting, and shift opening/closing tasks. Join a value-driven team committed to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of housekeeping or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for schedules and orders.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for shift.
• Flexible availability including days/nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations—ensure rooms shine and schedules run smoothly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness, quality, and room status.
• Coach, support, and recognize team members to maintain morale and standards.
• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.
