Job summary

Hyatt Regency Louisville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team and ensure every guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate attendance, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away.

You will train Room Attendants, enforce safety procedures, manage lost-and-found, and uphold secure access to key areas. The role rewards initiative, organization, and hospitality-driven leadership in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• 2-3 years of hotel or related field experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections and productivity checks.
• Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication.
• Manage lost-and-found, key control, and access to restricted areas safely.
• Set high standards for cleanliness and guest-facing facilities.
