Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Burlingame, CA to lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Hilton quality standards. You will coordinate schedules, inspect rooms, and partner with Engineering for maintenance issues while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee room readiness, assign, inspect, and verify room status, and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate schedules, payroll reports, inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repairs and maintenance.
• Support operations by performing attendant duties when needed to maintain service levels.
• Address guest needs promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
