Job summary

Town and Country Resort in San Diego seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to established standards and optimum service to guests. You will inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas, prepare and distribute assignment sheets, review priorities, and assist staff as needed to maintain high cleanliness and service levels.

Starting rate $23–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment use.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) and legible communication.
• Ability to train and supervise staff while maintaining guest data confidentiality.

Responsibilities
