The role requires inspecting work, coaching staff, and maintaining a spotless property that aligns with brand expectations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Able to lead others and communicate effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Able to lift/move luggage up to 30 lb.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect housekeeping work to meet specifications and standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Inspect and evaluate the facilities to determine work required.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend actions.
• Recommend changes to improve service and efficiency.
• Confer with staff to resolve performance and policy issues.
• Monitor and assess performance to implement improvements.
• Communicate information effectively to others.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
