Job summary

Music City Center is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across its facilities, ensuring interiors and exteriors meet high standards of cleanliness and customer care. Under the Housekeeping Manager, you will assign duties, inspect work, plan schedules, and address complaints, while maintaining safety standards and coordinating event cleaning around the schedule.

This on-site role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to quality service for visitors

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Education/Experience Equivalent also considered.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in housekeeping in a large, multi-use facility, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily housekeeping activities across offices, restrooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and exterior areas.
• Plans, organizes and directs team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Establishes work schedules to optimize service and coverage.
• Supervises cleaning of floors and surfaces and maintains safety standards.
• Ensures restrooms are cleaned, sanitized and stocked regularly.
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies for daily use.
• Upholds high standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSDS, and bio-hazard procedures within housekeeping.
