Job summary

Dolphin Hotels is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor in Treasure Island, FL to lead the housekeeping team, oversee guest rooms and public areas, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You will inspect rooms, manage linen supply and cleaning carts, supervise staff, and assist with rollaway beds and cribs.

You’ll respond promptly to guest and co-worker requests and uphold the Dolphin Hotel Management Standards of Excellence to deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

• 2 years hotel housekeeping or similar industry.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use ladders, push carts.
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, guest areas, service areas and linen closets.
• Inspect rooms for deficiencies and ensure timely reporting to maintenance or safety.
• Stock linen closets and cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Ensure rollaway beds and cribs are clean and sanitized.
• Respond to guest and co-worker requests promptly.
