Responsibilities include supervising room and public areas, enforcing safety, training staff, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. Accessibility includes flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in leadership housekeeping position.
• High school education required; post-high school education preferred.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication are essential.

Responsabilités

• Inspect assigned suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available; enforce safety standards.
• Train associates on safety; conduct accident investigations and retraining as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Monitor room status and discrepancies; open and close shifts as required.
• Notify maintenance and management of repairs; oversee cleanliness of hotel exterior.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required; available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
