Job summary

Three Meadows Post Acute in Perrysburg, Ohio is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team responsible for a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will coordinate daily operations, manage staffing, and set standards for cleanliness across offices, resident rooms, and grounds.

You’ll supervise, schedule, train staff on safe chemical handling, monitor inventory, and support budget and billing processes where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training.
• Previous supervision or scheduling experience is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team and manage staffing schedules for offices, public areas, resident rooms, and grounds.
• Inspect areas regularly to maintain high quality standards.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs including deep cleans and move-ins.
• Monitor inventory, order equipment and supplies, ensure safe handling and storage.
• Lead training sessions on safety and OSHA/EPA/SDS compliance.
