Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, offering a comprehensive benefits package. You will inspect rooms and public areas, train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met across all hotel areas.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a leadership housekeeping role.
• High School education required; post-high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and uniforms for associates.
• Train and enforce safety standards; retrain for unsafe behaviors.
• Perform housekeeping duties including beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Update room status and discrepancies during shifts.
• Randomly inspect rooms for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties.
• Report maintenance needs to GM/Chief Engineer.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including exterior areas.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
